30: Alt trifft alt trifft alt

Avignon, wieder. Das Karussell auf dem zentalen Platz erinnerte mich an die Kirmes-Szene aus Barfuss. War es dann leider doch nicht. Dafür ringsum alte Prachtbauten, alte, riesige Platanen, Cafés voller Menschen, Hitze mitten in der Nacht und ein Eis. Einfach Avignon!

Avignon, again. The carrousel at the central place let me remember the funfair scene from the movie Barefoot. But it wasn’t it unfortunately. But old and magnificent buildings all around, old and huge plane-trees, cafés crowded with people, heat in the middle of the night and ice-cream. Just Avignon!

In Avignon steht dieses besondere Museum. Dort hängen nicht nur Bilder von Picasso und Van Gogh, die Stifter haben auch ihre Salons hinterlassen. Absolut sehenswert – das Museum Angladon.

In Avignon there is this unique museum. You can not only see paintings of Picasso and Van Gogh there, the founders also left their saloons. Absolutely worth seeing- the Museum Angladon.
